Spain, 1/6 of the eurozone, has as many houses for sale as the U.S. With a declining population, the eurozone has almost twice as many houses for sale as the U.S.

The JP Morgan U.S. manufacturing activity index is signalling grow for the first time in 15 months. Still have to check units/pricing impacts, but good news either way.

. In March if you had taken $10,000 and bought the buy recomendations/sold the sell recomendations you would have roughly -$6,000 left.
